Unlock Digital is an online store based in Egypt that resells genuine software licenses (activation keys) for products such as Microsoft Office, Windows, Windows Server, Autodesk, and security software.
2. Orders and pricing
- All prices are shown in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) unless stated otherwise, and include any applicable taxes.
- We may change prices and offers at any time before your order is confirmed.
- We may refuse or cancel any order (with a full refund) in case of pricing errors, suspected fraud, abuse of promotions, or if a license key becomes unavailable after purchase.
3. Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, which may include Paymob (card payments), PayPal, InstaPay, Vodafone Cash, and Binance. Your order is processed after payment is confirmed.
4. Delivery
All products are digital and delivered by email — there is no physical shipping. Delivery details are described in our Shipping Policy (https://unlockdigital.online/policies/shipping-policy), which forms part of these Terms.
5. License use and restrictions
- Licenses are sold for personal or business use by the buyer, for the number of users/devices stated on the product page.
- You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, or transfer license keys, nor copy or reverse-engineer the software.
- We are an independent reseller, not the software publisher; you receive the activation key and our support to help you activate it.
6. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy (https://unlockdigital.online/policies/refund-policy).
7. Support
Installation and activation support is provided by email and WhatsApp: contact@unlockdigital.online / +20 120 589 8501. We usually reply the same day.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to use our site or products for any unlawful purpose, not to resell licenses purchased from us, and not to abuse our support channels or promotions.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect losses such as loss of profits or data.
10. Intellectual property
All product names, logos, and trademarks (e.g., Microsoft, Windows, Autodesk, Kaspersky) belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only. Unlock Digital is not affiliated with or endorsed by these companies.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to any order placed after it goes live.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Cairo.
